  I was at the bank I check trying to cash and it was from attorney trust account after 45 Mint at the bank and checking my idea 20 time they not cash it why because i not white and the breach manager is very root it I talk to her and she will not help if you non white and Muslim forget this bank is not for you after I left and went different branch in she call them not to cash my check she is one most prejudiced person I never come a crass any one like her please please do not bank there non white should boycott bank of America I do not know why they name it after such beauty fully country

  We have had a business account here for forty years with very few problems. Used to be more then enough people to help you and always a go to person to handle problems. Slowly people left, then you had to call a 800 number for help and now after the renovations this bank is mainly for Merrill Lynch investments. Not really a bank of service anymore. What a shame,

  Terrible customer service. 1 clerk for 7-10 people in line. Bad attitude. We are closing the account and moving to WF

  Recent "upgrades" have destroyed this banking location. Drive through box should be turned off because only ATM and not enough of them. Way understaffed in the parts of the bank that matter to customers. Shame on you boa.

  Love Bank of America but the hours are so inconvenient. Who closes at 4pm? Most people get out of work at 5-530pm, it's hard to get there before 4.
